Registration for the HOLSTENART-KUNSTMESSE

  • Participants rent booths made of display panels (white, 16 mm thick, 2.50 m high and 1 m wide).
  • The booth has a depth of 2 m.
  • The standard booth measures 4 x 2 m. Additional meters can be booked upon request.
  • The respective interior side walls can also be used for presentation purposes.
  • The price for the booth space is €50.00 per m² (gross = €59.50).
  • The booth rental includes 2 exhibitor passes. Additional passes can be booked for a fee.
  • Additional equipment, such as tables, chairs, etc., can be booked for a fee.
  • Holstenhallen Service GmbH is responsible for the culinary catering of the fair.

Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH will invoice the stand rental fee with the first invoice (eight weeks before the start of the trade fair). This invoice is due for payment within 10 days. For registrations approved within eight weeks before the start of the trade fair, payment of the entire rental fee is due immediately. Invoicing will be carried out by Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH, Justus-von-Liebig-Straße 2-4, 24537 Neumünster.

Exhibition stand space

We request the provision of the following space:

Stand space per square meter = $50.00 (gross = $59.50) The stand depth is 2 meters. The minimum stand size is 3x2 m (6 m²). A surcharge of 20% is applied for corner stands (one side open). The prices quoted include the exhibition wall. If you require a different stand format, please contact us. We will be happy to provide you with a customized quote.

Please send us 3 representative images of your works. At least one of these works must be exhibited at HOLSTENART.
